Job Description

  • Design, develop, and support ServiceNow applications and modules including IRM/GRC, SecOps, ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, HRSD, and CSM
  • Develop custom scripts and integrations using JavaScript, REST/SOAP APIs, and UI Builder
  • Build and customize UI pages and portals using HTML, CSS

    ,

    and related front-end technologies
  • Apply programming knowledge including C++ to design custom solutions or integrations as needed
  • Work closely with business analysts, architects, and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate into technical designs
  • Participate in Agile/Scrum practices, contributing to sprint cycles, retrospectives, and planning sessions
  • Optimize platform performance, usability, and maintainability with best development practices

Required Technical Skills (Must-Have):

  • Strong hands-on experience in ServiceNow development (minimum 8 years)
  • JavaScript: Advanced scripting and business logic implementation
  • HTML and CSS: For UI customization and development

  • C++

    : Understanding of object-oriented concepts; experience integrating or developing backend logic where required
  • Expertise in core ServiceNow modules:

    ITSM

    , IRM/GRC, SecOps, CMDB, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, SPM
  • Experience with REST/SOAP, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and UI Builder
  • Minimum 4+ years in SecOps and 4 5 years in IRM/GRC
  • At least 1 year of hands-on experience with CMDB
  • Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies

Interpersonal Soft Skills:

  • Excellent communication and documentation abilities
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
  • Ability to manage tasks independently and meet deadlines in a remote environment
  • Team-oriented with a proactive and collaborative mindset
