Lead Service Delivery Manager

As a Lead Service Delivery Manager in the 4PL industry specializing in Supply Chain Planning & Demand Forecasting for QSR and F&B organizations, your main role is to ensure alignment with Key Client deliverables and effectively manage services to drive internal governance and external reporting while maintaining a focus on customer service excellence. Key responsibilities include: - Managing the customer in all aspects, emphasizing the importance of internal resource management, appropriate escalation procedures, and continuous communication with all involved parties. - Implementing and maintaining Support and Service Delivery policies and processes to meet customer needs. - Driving 4PL process enhancements and deployments, continuously seeking opportunities to improve efficiency within the system. - Conducting customer meetings to gather feedback on Managed Service and implement necessary improvements. Organizing service review meetings and overseeing third party service reviews to assess performance, service improvements, quality, and processes for Continuous Service Improvement. Qualifications & Experience required for this role: - MBA/PGDM with an Engineering background is preferred. - 12-15 years of overall experience, with 6-7 years specifically in Demand Forecasting, Demand & Supply Planning, Inventory Planning, and Client Interaction within the Supply Chain industry, particularly in Food and Beverages, Cloud Kitchen, etc. - Exposure to QSR and F&B organizations is beneficial. This is a full-time position with a day shift schedule and requires in-person work at the designated location.,
