Lead Security Operations Analyst

As the Lead Security Operations Analyst, you play a critical role in the Security Operations Center (SOC) by handling escalated incidents, conducting in-depth analysis, incident response coordination, mentoring analysts, real-time security monitoring, threat hunting, and ensuring compliance with security policies and standards. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct detailed analysis of escalated security incidents and coordinate end-to-end Security Incident management, ensuring timely updates and efficient resolution. - Lead the development and implementation of incident response plans. - Monitor security alerts using SIEM and other tools, coordinate proactive threat hunting, analyze and integrate threat intelligence feeds, and stay updated on emerging threats. - Mentor and provide guidance to Security analysts on incident handling, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and learning. - Perform forensic and malware analysis on various digital media, including Computers, Cloud, Networks, and Mobile devices. - Develop and refine the architecture of Security Tools and platforms. - Collaborate with SecOps, Platform, Delivery, IT, and Engineering team members to creatively solve problems. Qualifications: - Bachelors degree in computer science, Cybersecurity, or a related field. - Advanced certifications such as CISSP, OSCP, GCIH, GSOC, or GCIA. - 7+ years of experience in Cyber Incident response and investigations. - Strong leadership and communication skills.
