We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced
Lead Salesforce Service Cloud Developer
to join our growing team in India. This role requires a hands-on expert in Salesforce and Service Cloud technologies, with a proven track record of delivering end-to-end projects and providing ongoing support. You will play a crucial role in collaborating with our US team, providing mentorship to local developers, and ensuring the successful implementation and maintenance of our Salesforce Service Cloud solutions. - Design, develop, test, and deploy robust and scalable Salesforce Service Cloud solutions, including custom objects, Apex code, Lightning components, Flows, and Process Builder.
- Lead technical discussions, define technical requirements, and provide architectural guidance for Service Cloud implementations.
- Collaborate closely with our US-based team, ensuring a few hours of overlap with Pacific Standard Time (PST) to facilitate seamless communication and project coordination.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a team of Salesforce developers in India, fostering their growth and ensuring best practices are follo .
- Oversee the entire software development lifecycle (SDLC) for Service Cloud projects, from requirements gathering to deployment and post-launch support.
- Perform code reviews, ensure code quality, and maintain documentation for all technical solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to Salesforce Service Cloud.
- Stay up-to- with the latest Salesforce releases, features, and best practices.
- Participate in agile development processes, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Developer, with a strong focus on Salesforce Service Cloud.
- Proven expertise in Apex, Lightning Components (Aura and LWC), Salesforce APIs, Flows, Process Builder, SOQL, and SOSL.
- In-depth knowledge of Service Cloud features such as Case Management, Omni-Channel, Service Console, Live Agent, Knowledge, and Entitlements.
- Experience with Salesforce integrations (e.g., REST, SOAP APIs).
- Solid understanding of Salesforce development best practices, design patterns, and governor limits.
- De strated experience delivering end-to-end Salesforce projects, including requirements gathering, solution design, development, testing, and deployment.
- Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong mentorship and leadership abilities.
Bonus points if you have
- Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II, Service Cloud Consultant are highly desirable.
- Experience on Slack for Service Cloud, Einstein for Service, Agentforce are a big plus
