Description
You will be responsible for utilizing company IT methodologies and Salesforce best practices to analyze business processes, understand business problems, and design efficient solutions to complex business needs across multiple technology platforms and integrations. This will span various functional areas such as Sales, Marketing, Customer Support, Operations, and Accounting. Your main duties will include but are not limited to: - Data load and management - Reporting - Click-vs-Code Development - Security Management - Migrations, Backup/Restore, Duplicate Management - Maintaining System Health, performing Health Checks, and supporting Systems Integrations - Providing production support and participating in projects and development tasks - Setting standards and usage of Salesforce technologies and developer tools - Following technical design, coding practices, testing, and migration planning - Coordinating user acceptance testing, resolving issues, and providing regular status reports - Providing work direction to Salesforce contract developers - Developing and maintaining systems documentation, business process models, and data models - Meeting production support service levels and performing system maintenance - Developing declarative and coded solutions, including integrations with third-party systems - Managing user roles, profiles, security settings, etc. In addition, you will participate in all SDLC activities for Salesforce or other development tasks, perform data loading and cleansing, manage migrations through environments, and create and maintain technical documentation. You will also support project work related to new technologies, manage Salesforce releases, and provide recommendations for implementing new features. Required Skills: - 6+ years of technical proficiency in SF Development for Sales and Service Cloud - Knowledge of Salesforce Best Practices for Migrations, Org Management, Coding Practices - Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, organization, and teamwork skills - Strong oral and written English communication skills - Experience in Requirements Gathering and Solution Design - Ability to provide production support or system rollouts during nights and weekends Preferred Skills: - Experience in Salesforce Mobile and/or Lightning technologies - Knowledge of Pardot, Salesforce B2B, Salesforce Social Studio Integrations - UI/UX design experience - Understanding of JSON, SOAP, REST methodologies for web services Education: - Technical Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience - SF Administration Certification and SF Developer Certification - Working towards additional relevant certifications and advanced Salesforce Certification Your role will involve continuous learning, collaboration with different departments, and contributing to the improvement and extension of Salesforce and related technologies. You will also be required to back up GP Administrator and Salesforce Administrator when necessary.,
