Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Kochi, where the Lead - Sales and Marketing will oversee and implement strategic sales and marketing efforts. Responsibilities include managing the sales team, developing and executing effective sales strategies, building and maintaining relationships with customers, delivering impactful sales presentations, and providing training to the team. The role entails contributing to business growth by achieving sales targets and promoting customer satisfaction.


Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with clients and address their needs
  • Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management, with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Skills in Training and team development to guide and mentor team members
  • Ability to develop and execute strategic marketing plans and campaigns
  • Strong organizational and team collaboration skills, with a focus on results
  • Experience working in digital transformation, rural enterprises, or small business development is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
  • 3 years experience in rural sales
