About The Position
Develop and maintain the cybersecurity strategy, policies, and risk management processes to ensure that the organization effectively secures Chevrons operations, Key Responsibilities Lead a team of Risk Analysts and direct appropriate communications, measures, and actions to remediate cybersecurity risks as applicable to Business Units or Digital Platforms Builds relationships with Risk Management Operations (RMO) and utilizes these relationships to ensure critical cyber security information reaches Business Units Identifies and addresses gaps, trends, or opportunities, Required Qualifications Demonstrated experience leading a team of Risk Analysts in developing and maintaining the cybersecurity strategy, policies, and risk management processes to ensure that the organization effectively Excellent communication, management, and leadership skills 10 15 years of experience Preferred Qualifications Previously described years of relevant experience Demonstrated experience leading a team of Risk Analysts in developing and maintaining the cybersecurity strategy, policies, and risk management processes to ensure that the organization effectively Excellent communication, management, and leadership skills, Chevron ENGINE supports global operations, supporting business requirements across the world Accordingly, the work hours for employees will be aligned to support business requirements The standard work week will be Monday to Friday Working hours are 8:00am to 5:00pm or 130pm to 1030pm,
