About the role

Revenue Ops Ownership: Solve strategic and operational problems across lead generation, sales, and account management.
End-to-End Project Execution: Translate business problems into plans and drive them independently to results.
Initiative Tracking: Monitor key GTM initiatives and update metrics across Teams, Asana and dashboards.
Insights & Analysis: Analyse trends, gaps, and opportunities using Excel, dashboards, and team collaboration.
Stakeholder Alignment: Work cross-functionally with Sales, CS, Product and Ops teams to keep projects on track.
Presentation & Storytelling: Build executive-ready decks and visuals to communicate findings clearly.

Ideal candidate

3-6 years of experience (if MBA/MSc) in Revenue Ops, Strategy, Growth, or Business Analytics
Excellent skills in Excel and PowerPoint must be comfortable with modeling, charting, and deck building
Ability to own complex initiatives independently with high agency and clarity
Effective communicator with a bias for action and structured thinking
Experience managing multiple projects with cross-team collaboration

Bonus Points

Experience in a fast-paced B2B SaaS or tech environment
Familiarity with customer lifecycle metrics like churn, NRR, and LTV
Exposure to SQL and BI tools like Looker, Power BI, or Tableau
