Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Lead Researcher located in Navi Mumbai. As a Lead Researcher, you will be responsible for conducting in-depth research activities, analyzing complex datasets, identifying industry trends, and turning insights into actionable strategies. You will collaborate with technical and business teams, develop research methodologies, and lead initiatives to improve overall data quality and insights. Your role will also include leveraging tools and technologies in analytics, monitoring project progress, and presenting findings to stakeholders effectively.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Data Mining, Analytics, and Business Intelligence (BI) & Visualization.
• Proficiency in working with ETL processes, Data Warehouse, and Data Lake frameworks.
• Knowledge of emerging technologies like Big Data, Artificial Intelligence (AI), and MarTech solutions.
• Experience in Digital Marketing, Digital Analytics, and App Development.
• Sound understanding of research methodologies and tools for data-driven decision-making.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with an ability to work collaboratively across teams.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Previous experience leading research initiatives; domain expertise in technology and analytics is a significant advantage.
