Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Rewa for a Lead Research Intern. The Lead Research Intern will be responsible for conducting detailed research, preparing analytical reports, and assisting in project feasibility studies. Day-to-day tasks include data collection, analysis, and documentation. The intern will collaborate closely with the engineering team to support project management and ensure the quality and accuracy of research outputs.

Qualifications

• Strong research skills, including data collection and analysis
• Ability to prepare detailed reports and documentation
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Proficiency with CADD software and other technical tools
• Ability to work collaboratively with engineering teams
• Technical knowledge related to highway projects and construction
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field
• Experience in project management or consultancy is a plus
