Lead, Reporting COE

As a Data Visualization Specialist at Boston Scientific, you will have the opportunity to utilize your skills in transforming complex data into clear, interactive, and visually compelling insights. Collaborating with data analysts, business intelligence teams, and stakeholders, you will play a crucial role in presenting data-driven insights effectively to guide critical business decisions. Based in Gurugram, India, your key responsibilities will include developing intuitive visualizations using tools like Tableau and Power BI, collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand data sources, designing real-time interactive dashboards, and ensuring data accuracy and consistency through data transformation. Additionally, you will create visual narratives tailored to different audiences, learn and leverage programming languages for data manipulation, and optimize visualizations for performance and scalability. To qualify for this role, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field, along with a minimum of 7 years of experience in data visualization or business intelligence. Certification in Tableau or Power BI is required. Required technical skills include proficiency in designing interactive visualizations and dashboards, advanced SQL skills, familiarity with libraries like Plotly and ggplot2, knowledge of data visualization best practices, and experience with large datasets and ETL processes. Familiarity with UX/UI principles, version control tools, and cloud platforms for visualization and BI services will be an advantage. Effective communication and storytelling abilities are essential for translating technical data insights for non-technical audiences. Preferred experience in Supply Chain Management, Sales, or Finance domains will be beneficial.
