Key Job Responsibilities:1. Recruitment Strategy & Planning- Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies aligned with the organization's growth plans in the automobile industry.- Partner with business leaders to understand workforce needs and forecast manpower requirements.- Design recruitment campaigns to attract top talent for manufacturing, R&D, design, engineering, and leadership roles.2. Talent Acquisition Operations- Lead the end-to-end hiring process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, salary negotiations, and onboarding.- Build and manage strong talent pipelines for critical and future roles.- Ensure timely closures of positions while maintaining quality of hire.3. Stakeholder & Team Management- Lead, mentor, and manage the recruitment team to achieve hiring targets.- Act as a business partner to hiring managers and provide market intelligence on talent availability, compensation trends, and competitor benchmarking.4. Employer Branding & Candidate Experience- Enhance employer brand visibility through job fairs, campus hiring, social media, and industry networking.- Ensure a seamless, professional, and engaging candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.5. Compliance & Reporting- Ensure recruitment processes comply with labor laws, company policies, and industry standards.- Track, analyze, and present recruitment metrics (TAT, cost per hire, offer-to-join ratio, attrition trends, etc.) to management.
