Lead React Developer

Role Overview: In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing user interface components using React.js concepts and workflows such as Redux, Flux, and Webpack. You will also be responsible for profiling and improving front-end performance and documenting the front-end codebase. As a team lead, you will be expected to demonstrate excellent project management skills. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement user interface components using React.js - Utilize Redux, Flux, and Webpack workflows for efficient development - Profile and enhance front-end performance - Document the front-end codebase effectively - Lead the team to achieve project goals Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field - Previous experience working as a React.js developer - Proficiency in JavaScript, CSS, HTML, and front-end languages - Familiarity with React tools such as Webpack, Enzyme, Redux, and Flux - Experience in user interface design with tools like Figma and Next.js - Knowledge of performance testing frameworks like Mocha and Jest - Skilled in browser-based debugging and performance testing software - Strong troubleshooting skills Note: The job is based in Kozhikode and requires in-person work.
