Responsibilities

• Lead frontend architecture and development using React and Next.js.
• Design clean, scalable solutions with the right balance between simplicity and flexibility.
• Ensure reliability and performance through testing, code reviews, and optimization.
• Integrate efficiently with backend APIs (REST, gRPC, gRPC-Web).
• Collaborate with design and backend teams to deliver smooth, user-focused experiences.
• Promote best practices in accessibility, performance, and code quality.
  

We're Searching for Someone With

• Strong expertise in React, including its internals and ecosystem.
• Hands-on experience with Next.js (SSR, ISR, routing, API routes).
• Solid understanding of web fundamentals networking, caching, rendering, and performance.
• Proficiency in TypeScript and modern state management libraries (Redux, Zustand, etc.), with the judgment to use the right tool for the problem.
• Experience writing and maintaining unit, integration, and E2E tests.
• Familiarity with Material UI or similar component libraries.
• Knowledge of gRPC / gRPC-Web integrations is a plus.
• Strong communication skills and ability to mentor and guide other developers.
