As a Lead Quality Assurance Sr. Specialist, you will take on a leadership role in assessing services and overseeing software development processes. You will play a pivotal role in developing, implementing, and managing comprehensive test plans, ensuring the highest standards of quality. Additionally, your responsibilities extend to designing, building, and maintaining robust testing frameworks and structures within the development team. Your leadership and expertise will be instrumental in guiding the QA team to excellence and driving the overall quality assurance strategy within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Participate in the review of new QA software and consults with IT areas in resolving questions during the testing process.Work with QA team to establish and maintain a consistent test methodology following TWWGWD (The Way We Get Work Done) practices.Design and walkthrough comprehensive test strategies.Design, develop and maintain regression test beds and schedule test cycles.Design, build and execute test suites in applicable environments (Systems, Regression, Integration, Release)Create supporting test data for all test environments.Leverage the testing process to create re-useable test assets.Manage defect status and other quality issues in a timely mannerImplement QA process and testing automation projects to improve the overall testing cycle.Identify testable events and develop the test cases \/ test scripts.Identify and capture test data to support the test cases defined by the testing team.Create API tests in any of the supported tools like POSTMAN, SOAPUI etc.Report regression test results and analysis.Create Automation test scripts in selenium by any of the supported languages preferred.Assist with technical requirements documentation, design, dev team product ownership. Expert with Word, Jira, agile dev.Educational and Technical Qualifications:Bachelordegree in related field.Has 3+ years of experience with SmartBear Test Complete suiteHas experience in Automation Testing using SeleniumHas knowledge of SQL and no-SQL databasesHas knowledge of doing automated tests through Postman\/SoapUIHas knowledge of CI\/CD pipelines and configuration of the tests.Planning and organizing skills.Report writing skills.Time Management skills.Over 5 Yearsexperience in selected area of expertise.Has proven experience in leading a team of Sr. QA SpecialistsProven experience in guiding the team to follow agile methodologyLanguage Skills:English and Arabic Good written and spokenYears of Experience:9+ years of experienceNature of Experience:7 years of experience in QA filed
