Lead Qualification Associate

About the Role: We are looking for a detail-oriented and results-driven Lead Qualification Associate to join our Sales/Business Development team. As a Lead Qualification Associate, you will serve as the initial point of contact for potential clients. Your primary responsibility will be to evaluate and qualify inbound and outbound leads to ensure a robust sales pipeline. Your proficiency in assessing lead quality, gathering essential information, and communicating effectively will be crucial in boosting revenue growth. Key Responsibilities: You will engage with prospects through email and chat to comprehend their requirements and determine suitability. Qualifying inbound and outbound leads according to predefined criteria. Maintaining and updating CRM systems such as Salesforce with precise lead data and notes. Collaborating closely with sales, marketing, and business development teams to enhance lead generation strategies. Identifying high-potential leads and directing them to the appropriate sales representatives for further action. Tracking and reporting key metrics associated with lead qualification, conversion rates, and pipeline health. Conducting light market research to support lead enrichment and segmentation initiatives. Offering feedback on lead quality and campaign performance to the marketing team. Qualifications: Minimum of 1 year of experience in lead qualification or a client-facing role. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in email writing. Good understanding of MS Excel and basic CRM systems like Salesforce. Highly organized with meticulous attention to detail. Capable of working independently and effectively managing time in a fast-paced environment.
