Qualifications & Responsibilities -
SDLC and STLC: A solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle(SDLC) and Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) is essential.Test Strategy and Planning: Proficiency in developing and executing test strategiesand plans to ensure comprehensive test coverage.Manual Testing: Proficiency as a Manual Test Engineer, with expertise in testingboth mobile and web applications.Automation Frameworks: Experience in designing and developing automationframeworks to streamline testing processes and enhance test efficiency.API Testing: Hands-on experience with API testing (Example Postman)SQL: Good knowledge of SQL.Defect Management: Ability to identify defects, prioritize issues, and meticulouslytrack them through to resolution, while also reporting test results and progress tothe development team.Test Execution and Reporting: Execute test cases, log bugs accurately, monitorprogress, and analyze test results to provide valuable insights for continuousimprovement.Quality Assurance: Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensurethat quality is maintained throughout the SDLC.Agile: Familiarity with Agile methodologies and a basic understanding of tools likeJIRA, is a plus.Ability to work collaboratively in a team and adapt to a fast-paced, agiledevelopment environment.Familiarity with financial technology (FinTech) and the banking industry is a plus.Commitment to long-term growth and development within the organization.
