Lead-Product Owner

As a Lead-Product Owner in the Transaction Banking Group, your primary responsibility will be to define the vision by conducting research on Fin-techs, Banking, E-commerce, and other leading apps to provide the best customer experience in both tech and non-tech aspects. Your key responsibilities will include: - Managing the product backlog by defining, detailing, and prioritizing it throughout the financial year with a focus on delivering value quantitatively and qualitatively. - Ideating, innovating, and implementing new products that benefit both the bank and the customer. - Optimizing customer engagement funnels and implementing business funnels effectively. - Enabling Fin-techs and partnership integrations to enhance product offerings. - Managing product and feature backlog efficiently. - Prioritizing delivery schedules and ensuring cost and efficiency management at the squad level. - Overseeing productivity, capacity, UI/UX, and accessibility aspects. - Managing bugs backlog and addressing internal impediments for smooth delivery. - Enabling campaigns and customer communication effectively to create value for end-users. In terms of educational qualifications, you are required to have: - Graduation in any discipline - Post-graduation in any field - Any professional certification related to product management To excel in this role, you should have 5-10 years of relevant experience in product management.,
