Job Description Summary: What you need to know about the role- We are looking for a hands-on and entrepreneurial Lead Product Manager to join the Merchant Lifecycle team. In this role, you will lead high-impact initiatives that shape the end-to-end merchant experience, working across AI, APIs, data, and experimentation. The ideal candidate thrives in dynamic environments, brings strong first-principles and systems thinking, and has experience building products at scale in collaboration with global, cross-functional teams. Meet our team This role is pivotal in ensuring that our merchants have a seamless, intuitive, and efficient setup process, which is crucial for their activation and long-term success on our platform. Job Description: Your day to day Build AI-enabled, API-first product experiences in close collaboration with Engineering, UX, and Data Science teams. Define and drive the roadmap, and execution of merchant lifecycle solutions with a focus on delivering value, scalability, and exceptional user experience. Operate with an entrepreneurial mindset, taking end-to-end ownership and proactively identifying opportunities for impact. Be deeply hands-on engaging with data, experimentation, product design, and delivery to ensure outcomes are met and drive merchant engagement. Hands on with tools like Amplitude, Tableau, SQL Queries, Excel and build hypothesis driven product development Develop and implement product-led growth strategies to drive self-serve adoption, engagement, and retention. Collaborate closely with enterprise platform teams to ensure architectural and capability alignment. Lead cross-functional collaboration with Risk, Compliance, Legal, Analytics, and UX to deliver secure, compliant, and customer-centric solutions. Your way to impact : You will conduct both primary and secondary customer research to inform product vision and strategy. Apply both first principles thinking and systems thinking to solve complex, multi-dimensional challenges. Work effectively with global teams across multiple time zones, driving alignment and execution in a distributed setup. Ensure products align to regulatory framework with the region and collaborate both legal and compliance subject matter experts Recent experience with MCP (Model Context Protocol) and Agentic AI automation is an added advantage What do you need to bring- Minimum 10+ Years of software experience. At least 7+Yrs proven experience as a Product Manager Strong background in user experience design, onboarding, and regulatory compliance. Demonstrated ability to lead complex projects and drive strategic initiatives. Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
