Role 1: Lead Product Manager MedTech / Healthcare AI

What you will lead

• Own the end-to-end product lifecycle from concept to MVP launch
• Translate clinical needs and patient journeys into product requirements
• Define PRDs, workflows, wireframes and sprint execution with engineering
• Build a scalable, compliant product framework that can support global expansion
• Work closely with clinicians, technologists and founders to drive rapid, insight-based iteration

What experience will help you succeed

• Background in building digital products, preferably in healthcare, SaaS or data-intensive systems
• Ability to simplify complexity and design for real-world usability
• Strong collaboration and problem-solving mindset

Role 2: Clinical Research & Medical Operations Lead

• Engagement with clinician cohort (50100 doctors) for structured feedback & studies
• Development of evidence-based insights to shape clinical pathways and product decisions
• Coordination of pilots with hospitals, research entities and compliance frameworks
• Structuring surveys, protocols, documentation and outcome measurement

What experience will help you succeed

• Background from clinical research, hospital operations, CROs, EMR systems or medical projects
• Ability to communicate effectively with clinicians and technical teams
• High discipline in documentation, ethics and process management
