We are looking for a Lead Product Designer to focus on the emotional dimension of design. Beyond functionality, youll design experiences that connect with users on a deeper level, building loyalty and delight.

What Youll Do

Lead initiatives that apply emotional design principles.
Design interactions, visuals, and micro-moments that spark delight.
Balance aesthetics with usability to create memorable experiences.
Collaborate with marketing and brand to ensure cohesion.
Mentor peers in elevating craft and emotional resonance.

What Were Looking For

57 years of design experience with strong visual and interaction craft.
Proven ability to design for emotion, not just function.
Strong portfolio with examples of engaging, delightful experiences.
Strong storytelling and presentation skills.
Ability to inspire and raise the design craft bar for the team.
