About The Role

We are looking for a Lead Product Designer who combines design craft with strategic product thinking. You’ll ensure design contributes not only to usability but also to shaping product direction and vision.

What You’ll Do

Partner with product managers to co-create product roadmaps.
Translate strategic goals into design initiatives.
Develop frameworks that balance business impact with user needs.
Facilitate workshops and design sprints to align teams.
Deliver designs that are scalable, measurable, and aligned with product vision.
Mentor designers on product sense and business alignment.

What We’re Looking For

5–7 years of product design experience in consumer-facing products.
Strong product sense with ability to influence strategy through design.
Experience working at the intersection of design, product, and engineering.
Portfolio that demonstrates both craft and strategic problem-solving.
Excellent facilitation and collaboration skills.
