Job Description

The Lead Product Designer II will be responsible for driving specific charters in Pyng and mentoring junior designers working with them on the charter. They have to carry out user immersions, incorporate insights into their projects, architect frameworks for the features/products they are in charge of, and be a bar raiser for craft and final outputs. What qualities are we looking for? 8-10 years of relevant product design experience in a B2C Technology startup Bar raiser in visual design, craft and design thinking Should have worked in a fast & dynamic work setup Able to work with a team and has demonstrated leadership qualities in their previous company What will you get to do here? Be the primary owner of multiple charters Be able to lead design and mentor/guide peers in framework thinking and how to incorporate research insights and data points into the feature/product Have the natural ability to raise the bar not only for themselves but also people around them - design quality and execution Work effortlessly with senior stakeholders and peers and is able to adapt quickly to changing scopes and expectations Strong understanding of AI, prototyping and other key differentiating tools that will give us an edge in user experiences Be a champion for emotional design and DLS reusability.
