Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver end-to-end Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) training to new hires and existing teams
  • Conduct specialized training on AR Calling, Medical Billing, Eligibility & Benefits, Denials, Claims Processing & Payment Posting
  • Design and update training materials, SOPs, assessments, and process documents
  • Evaluate trainee performance and provide continuous coaching & feedback
  • Collaborate with Operations & Quality teams to identify skill gaps and training needs
  • Provide floor support and ensure training deliverables are completed on time

Required Skills & Experience

  • 3–5 years’ experience as an RCM Trainer / Process Coach (US Healthcare)
  • Strong hands-on knowledge of end-to-end RCM processes
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and coaching skills
  • Ability to manage multiple training batches (online & classroom)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Proven ability to meet strict training timelines and deliverables

Good to Have

  • Freelance or contract RCM training experience
  • Exposure to multiple RCM functions (AR, Billing, Coding, Posting, etc.)
  • Experience in curriculum design and documentation

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
