Job Description

Develop and execute a comprehensive automation roadmap aligned with business goals.
Identify high-impact workflows and processes for automation across departments.
Lead the design and deployment of automation solutions using tools such as Power Automate, UiPath, or custom scripting platforms.
Collaborate with business units to analyse current processes and identify bottlenecks.
Implement automation to reduce manual effort, improve turnaround time, and enhance data accuracy.
Monitor and measure the impact of automation initiatives on productivity and service delivery.
Lead a team of automation engineers and consultants, providing mentorship and technical guidance.
Ensure robust documentation, version control, and governance of automation scripts and platforms.
Stay updated with emerging technologies and recommend upgrades or new tools as needed.
Oversee the lifecycle of automation projects from planning and development to deployment and support.
Ensure seamless integration of automation solutions with existing systems and data sources.
Implement structured log maintenance, index optimization, and performance tuning for automation databases.
Ensure all automation initiatives comply with internal IT governance policies and external regulatory standards.
Participate in change management and risk mitigation processes related to automation deployments.

Qualifications & Experience

B. Tech/B.E./MBA - (Computers/ IT /Electronics) / MCA.
Certifications in automation platforms (e.g., UiPath, Blue Prism, Power Automate) and project management (e.g., PMP, ITIL) are a plus.
8 - 10 years of experience in IT operations, with at least 5 years in automation leadership roles.
