As a Management Trainee with 0 to 1 year of experience, you will be actively participating in training programs, workshops, and seminars to enhance your knowledge and skills in various areas of management. These areas include finance, marketing, operations, human resources, and strategy. You will have the opportunity to rotate through different departments or functional areas within the organization.
