Lead power electronics system

As an Electronics graduate engineer with 8 - 12 years of experience in the automobile domain, your role will involve the following responsibilities: - Write technical specifications and define architecture for products - Handle the complete product life cycle - Design and develop products such as Battery Management Systems and On-Board Charger - Conduct component selection, board development, module integration, and validation - Lead test plan development, issue resolution, board bring up, validation, and in-vehicle testing of power electronic systems - Develop designs with safety-critical features like charge control, thermal control, fault detection, and diagnostics on BMS - Test power electronics building blocks within the requirements/specifications including heat run tests, stress tests, and behavior tests - Ensure compliance with regulatory standards Your skills should include: - Design simulations and worst-case circuit analysis/thermal analysis - Strong fundamentals in electronic circuit design/development with microcontroller-based embedded systems - Experience in DC-DC converter, PFC, and inverter design and development - Deep understanding of MOSFET/IGBTs switching characteristic, loss, and thermal modeling and analysis - Understanding of power electronic converter principles, multi-level converters, and magnetic component designs - Experience in battery charging design and development in BMS - 8+ years experience in hardware design, Worst Case Circuit Analysis (WCCA), power calculations, and stress analysis - Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills - Innovative thinking and challenging the status quo to enhance product performance Additionally, knowledge of On-Board charger experience will be an added advantage.,
