Education & Experience - Electronics graduate engineer with 8 - 12 Yrs. experience in automobile domain Responsibilities: Write technical specifications, Define architecture Handle complete product life cycle Design and development of products comprising Battery Management Systems, On-Board Charger , etc. Component selection, board development, module integration and validation Lead test plan development, issue resolution, and board bring up, Validation and in-vehicle testing of power electronic systems. Develop design with safety-critical features like charge control, thermal control, fault detection, and diagnostics on BMS Testing the power electronics building blocks within the Requirements/ specifications (heat run tests, stress and behavior test etc.) Ensure compliance with regulatory standards Skills: Design simulations, worst case circuit analysis/ Thermal Analysis Strong fundamentals in electronic circuit design/development with microcontroller-based embedded systems. DC-DC converter, PFC, Inverter design and development experience. Deep understanding of MOSFET / IGBTs switching characteristic, loss and thermal modeling and analysis Understanding of power electronic converter principles and multi-level converters, magnetic component designs Experience on Battery charging design and development in BMS 8+ years’ experience in HW design, WCCA (Worst Case Circuit Analysis), Power calculations and stress analysis. Problem-solving and troubleshooting Innovative thinking and challenging status-quo to enhance product performance knowledge of On-Board charger experience will be an added advantage
