Minimum of 10 years of experience in power electronics design and development, preferably in the railway or transportation sector. Hands-on experience with power converters, inverters, and motor drives. Skills: Proficiency in simulation tools (e.g., MATLAB/Simulink, PSpice, MATHCAD). Strong understanding of electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) and thermal management. Knowledge of railway standards and regulations is a plus. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
