Lead Piping Engineer

Role & responsibilities

Develop and review piping layouts and isometric drawings in accordance with project specifications and standards. Review and validate pipe support designs, ensuring compliance with stress analysis and load requirements. Conduct pipe stress analysis in collaboration with stress engineers. Calculate pipe wall thickness and support spacing based on design conditions and applicable codes (ASME B31.3, B31.1, etc.). Prepare and review valve schedules, steam trap specifications, and insulation requirements. Participate in 3D model reviews and resolve clashes and layout issues. Coordinate with process, mechanical, civil, and instrumentation teams to ensure integrated design. Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and project timelines

Preferred candidate profile

Experienced Piping Layout Engineer to join our engineering team. The ideal candidate will have 13+ years of hands-on experience in piping design and layout, with deep knowledge of isometric drawing review, pipe supports, stress analysis, and 3D model review. This role requires a strong understanding of industry standards and the ability to collaborate across disciplines to deliver high-quality engineering solutions
