Lead PHP Developer

Job Description: As a Lead PHP Developer at Etech Technology Solutions (ETS), you will be responsible for leading the design and development of robust web applications and supporting technologies. Your role will involve architecting and managing secure, efficient, and scalable MySQL database structures. Troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues across the backend, frontend, and server environments will be a key aspect of your responsibilities. Additionally, you will optimize application performance, including database queries, code efficiency, and server configurations. In this position, you will provide technical mentorship and support to development team members. Conducting code reviews to ensure quality and maintainability, as well as developing and maintaining reusable, modular, and well-documented code across multiple projects, are essential tasks. Managing and maintaining Linux-based server environments, including Apache and Nginx configurations, will also be part of your role. Furthermore, you will implement and enforce security best practices across applications, such as input validation, data sanitization, and secure coding techniques. Your ability to deliver innovative and practical solutions aligned with client and business requirements will be crucial. Staying up to date with the latest technologies, tools, and development frameworks, and collaborating effectively with project managers, designers, and cross-functional teams are also expected from you.
