You will be responsible for I will be responsible for the Business Acceptance testing (BAT) and Service Rehearsal testing ( SRT) activities for any Oracle & Zellis Work and Pay release including scope definition, testing and execution of the plan. Support the implementation of the Testing operating model for BAT & SRT in the Transformation programme Developing and leading a high performing team, giving them the opportunities to be their best Design & implement best in class testing practices Responsible for designing the Test approach for major & minor releases Identify & engage the appropriate business users (colleagues incl. Leadership teams) for testing Act as a voice of reason to reflect colleagues feedback on the product (in line with readiness for launch) Responsible for providing direction to critical quality gates prior to declaring the end solution (product) as ready to roll out Design & implement testing tools Engage other transformation teams, specifically Product & Technology areas to maximise results & reduce deviation Drive BAT & SRT activities from planning to execution Develop a sustainability plan for Payroll comparison activities post Work & Pay releases You will need Refer you will be responsible section About us Apply
