It's that simple. It's Zetwerk About the Role We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Lead to join our Payments Team. The role will involve managing accounts payables, receivables, reconciliations, and overseeing end-to-end payment processes to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timeliness. Roles and Responsibilities: Handle Accounts Payables: invoice processing, vendor management, and timely disbursement of payments. Manage Accounts Receivables: customer invoicing, payment follow-ups, and collections. ¢ Perform bank reconciliations and resolve mismatches in a timely manner. ¢ Ensure accurate and timely processing of payments to vendors, employees, and stakeholders. ¢ Monitor cash flows, fund allocation, and payment schedules. ¢ Support month-end and year-end closing activities. ¢ Coordinate with internal stakeholders, auditors, and external partners for payment-related queries. ¢ Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards. EXPERTISE AND QUALIFICATIONS ¢ Strong understanding of Accounts Payables, Receivables, and Payment Processes. ¢ Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting/ERP systems. ¢ Good analytical, reconciliation, and problem-solving skills. ¢ Attention to detail with ability to work in a fast-paced environment. ¢ Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
