Accounts Receivable Specialist II (Night Shift)

Role & responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced and motivated individual who hold good proven expertise in collections and account follow-ups. The ideal candidate will be confident in handling a high volume of calls and emails, with hands-on experience using leading ERP and CRM applications.

This role requires strong individual performance, attention to detail, and an active interest in leveraging AI-based solutions for process stabilization and improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make

  collection calls

  to customers/accounts.
• Send and track

  collection-related emails daily

• Manage end-to-end collections activities, including follow-ups, dispute resolution, and payment status updates.
• Ensure timely escalation of overdue accounts and maintain accurate records in systems.
• Utilize applications like

  SAP, Salesforce, and High radius

  for account tracking and reporting.
• Partner with internal teams to stabilize collection processes and explore

  AI-driven improvements

Preferred candidate profile

• Educational Qualification:

  B.Com Or other relevant Degree

• 3 to 5 years of experience

  in B2B or B2C collections, preferably in an international process.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to handle challenging conversations.
• Willingness and ability to work in

  night shifts (7 PM IST to 4 AM IST)

• Proficiency in

  SAP, Salesforce, and HRC

  (or similar ERP/CRM platforms).
• Strong interest in

  collection process stabilization using AI

  tools/technologies.
• Highly self-driven and able to work with minimal supervision.

Preferred Skills:

• Exposure to global client accounts and cross-cultural communication.
• Analytical skills to track collection trends and suggest improvements.
• Familiarity with productivity and reporting dashboards.
