Role & responsibilities : We are seeking an experienced and motivated individual who hold good proven expertise in collections and account follow-ups. The ideal candidate will be confident in handling a high volume of calls and emails, with hands-on experience using leading ERP and CRM applications. This role requires strong individual performance, attention to detail, and an active interest in leveraging AI-based solutions for process stabilization and improvement. Key Responsibilities: Make collection calls to customers/accounts. Send and track collection-related emails daily . Manage end-to-end collections activities, including follow-ups, dispute resolution, and payment status updates. Ensure timely escalation of overdue accounts and maintain accurate records in systems. Utilize applications like SAP, Salesforce, and High radius for account tracking and reporting. Partner with internal teams to stabilize collection processes and explore AI-driven improvements . Deliver results as an individual contributor , ensuring productivity and quality standards are consistently met. Preferred candidate profile : Educational Qualification: B.Com Or other relevant Degree 3 to 5 years of experience in B2B or B2C collections, preferably in an international process. Strong communication skills with the ability to handle challenging conversations. Willingness and ability to work in night shifts (7 PM IST to 4 AM IST) Proficiency in SAP, Salesforce, and HRC (or similar ERP/CRM platforms). Strong interest in collection process stabilization using AI tools/technologies. Highly self-driven and able to work with minimal supervision. Preferred Skills: Exposure to global client accounts and cross-cultural communication. Analytical skills to track collection trends and suggest improvements. Familiarity with productivity and reporting dashboards.

You will be in charge of collecting, analyzing, and managing company firmographics and executive contact data, as well as ensuring its accuracy and completeness. What You'll Do: Data Research: Conduct thorough research to collect and validate company firmographic data, including details such as company size, industry classification, and location. Executive Contact Data: Gather and verify executive contact information, including names, titles, emails, and phone numbers, ensuring data accuracy Data Integrity: Maintain a high level of attention to detail to uphold data quality and consistency standards.
