Job Description

Responsibilities

Core:

Support Automation & Controls Head by verifying process inputs from PPC timelines, Change Request forms, customer & field feedback, and CAPA.
Create control panels, perform assembly, and machine wiring for control panels.
Execute machine function tests with wired control panels (I/O tests, machine settings, and functions).
Release ITR test protocols for handover to QA for product testing.

Internal Processes:

Coordinate with Lead Hardware Engineering for purchasing and generate SOB from EPLAN to Team Centre ERP.
Ensure adherence to business rules related to project execution as per company standards.
Maintain awareness of ISO 50001:2018 Energy Management Systems (EnMS).

People Development:

Follow global standards (IS, IEC; CE, UL).
Adhere to company standards, guidelines, and tool platforms.
Use ACGE Standard Automation Platform for hardware and software.
