Lead - Packages

Role Overview: You will be responsible for end-to-end project management of the Steam Generator & Auxiliaries as well as ESP package for an 800 MW Ultra Super Critical (USC) thermal power plant. Your role will involve planning, engineering coordination, bid evaluation, order placement, post-order execution, manufacturing, logistics, construction supervision, and commissioning activities to ensure timely delivery, budgetary control, quality compliance, and stakeholder satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and manage the complete lifecycle of the SG & Auxiliaries as well as ESP package. - Coordinate with OEMs/Suppliers, End Customer, and internal teams to ensure technical compliance with contract specifications and industry standards. - Monitor project progress through schedule tracking, risk management, and mitigation planning. - Oversee vendor inspections, FATs, obtain despatch clearance, and ensure timely dispatches along with logistics arrangements. - Manage project-specific documentation, reporting, and interface control with other power plant systems. - Support Erection Supervision, Pre-commissioning, and commissioning activities of the SG & Auxiliaries as well as ESP package. Qualification Required: - Post Graduate Programme in Management (PGPM) is the minimum qualification required for this role.
