Lead Oracle HCM Technical Consultant

Role Overview: At Calfus, you will play a crucial role as an Oracle HCM Tech Consultant, responsible for developing and supporting technical solutions for Oracle HCM Cloud. Your primary focus will be on custom RICE components, system configuration, and issue resolution to ensure alignment with business needs and industry best practices. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with functional consultants and business analysts to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications. - Perform system configuration, troubleshooting, and debugging to resolve technical issues. - Provide technical support to end-users and troubleshoot system problems. - Stay updated with the latest Oracle cloud technologies and industry best practices. Qualifications Required: - Experience: 5-10 years of technical experience. - Proficiency in PL/SQL, SQL, and Unix/Linux scripting. - Proficiency in application integration (In-bound, Outbound) using OIC, utilizing API, REST & SOAP services. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
