Lead Oracle HCM Technical Consultant

As an Oracle HCM Tech Consultant at Calfus, you will play a crucial role in developing and supporting technical solutions for Oracle HCM Cloud. Your responsibilities will involve working closely with functional consultants and business analysts to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications. It will be your responsibility to perform system configuration, troubleshooting, and debugging to resolve technical issues, ensuring alignment with business needs and the latest best practices. In this role, you will be expected to provide technical support to end-users and troubleshoot system problems efficiently. Keeping yourself updated with the latest Oracle cloud technologies and industry best practices will be essential to excel in this position. To succeed in this role, you should have a solid technical background with 5-10 years of experience. Proficiency in PL/SQL, SQL, and Unix/Linux scripting is a must. Additionally, you should be adept at application integration (In-bound, Outbound) using OIC, utilizing API, REST & SOAP services. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills will be crucial, along with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
