Job Description

Role Overview: As the Lead Oracle HCM Analyst, you will play a crucial role in providing best-practice guidance on Oracle HCM Cloud configurations and system optimization. You will be responsible for owning and executing quarterly HCM Cloud upgrades, managing SRs, and resolving issues with Oracle Support. Additionally, you will design, develop, and maintain integrations between Oracle HCM and other systems, collaborating with HRIS/HR teams to deliver scalable technical solutions. Your role will involve overseeing the full development lifecycle, mentoring junior analysts, and analyzing business processes for enhancements using modern Oracle HCM capabilities. Key Responsibilities: - Serve as an SME for Oracle HCM Cloud, offering best-practice guidance on configurations and system optimization. - Own and execute quarterly HCM Cloud upgrades, SR management, and issue resolution with Oracle Support. - Design, develop, and maintain integrations between Oracle HCM and third-party/internal systems. - Collaborate with HRIS/HR teams to define business requirements and deliver scalable technical solutions. - Oversee the full development lifecycle: requirements gathering, design, build, testing, training, deployment, and support. - Mentor junior analysts and guide cross-functional project teams. - Analyze existing business processes and recommend improvements using modern Oracle HCM capabilities. - Develop technical documentation, training resources, and configuration guides. - Ensure data accuracy, security compliance, and adherence to regulatory requirements. - Communicate effectively with business and technical teams across global time zones. - Stay updated with Oracle Cloud HCM enhancements, tools, and industry trends. Qualifications Required: - 10+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle HCM Cloud; prior Oracle EBS HCM experience is highly desirable. - Extensive hands-on experience with Oracle HCM Cloud modules. - Strong expertise in Fast Formulas, HCM Workflow, HDL, HSDL, OTBI, and HCM Extracts. - Solid knowledge of Oracle Recruiting, Oracle Learn, and UKG Time & Labor integrations. - Ability to lead complex, global-scale projects. - Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and solution-design capabilities. - Ability to manage multiple priorities independently. - Strong business acumen with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions. Additional Details: The Lead Oracle HCM Analyst role requires a Bachelor's degree or higher in Information Technology, Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or equivalent. Possessing Oracle HCM Cloud certifications is preferred but optional. Prior experience with Oracle E-Business Suite HCM, working knowledge of integration tools, APIs, and cloud technologies, as well as experience leading cross-functional teams in a global environment are considered nice-to-have skills.,
