Lead-Operations (Corporate Funding)

You will be responsible for managing Corporate Debt Operations at Terkar Capital India in Pune. Your key responsibilities will include: - Overseeing the entire corporate debt life cycle from application intake to post-disbursal servicing within a team environment. This involves tasks such as document verification, KYC/C-KYC checks, underwriting coordination, and disbursal. - Liaising with credit, legal, compliance, and technology teams to ensure smooth and compliant processing. - Defining and implementing SOPs aligned with RBI guidelines and industry best practices. - Being accountable for the entire corporate debt lifecycle from prospecting to disbursement, leading the process, interacting with stakeholders, and achieving successful conversions. - Coordinating with cross-functional teams for debt movement tracking and ledger entries for timely loan/credit disbursal. Additionally, you will be expected to: - Define SLAs, track performance, and ensure accountability in vendor and partner management. - Identify opportunities to optimize TAT, accuracy, and cost-efficiency across operations. - Develop and maintain MIS reports, operational dashboards, and trackers for leadership review. - Handle backend support for customer queries, service requests, grievance redressal, and account statements. - Implement SOPs for onboarding, servicing, and complaint resolution. Preferred Skills: - Proficiency in MS Excel for operations tracking and reconciliation. - Knowledge of Investment banking - Corporate Debt Funding. - Strong coordination with cross-functional teams and external partners. - Operational audit readiness and compliance adherence. - Excellent verbal and written communication. - Up-to-date knowledge of RBI's digital lending and data governance norms. - 4-5 years of work experience in Finance related domain in a Lead role (e.g., Mutual Fund, Insurance, CA Firm, Accounts and Finance management, etc.). - Graduation in any field is mandatory.
