As a Team Lead - Operations Analytics at the nation's leading airlines company, you will have the following responsibilities: - Lead a team of analysts to perform detailed post-event analyses, highlighting operational deviations such as Block Time Analysis, and provide valuable performance evaluations. - Analyze operational data to identify patterns, improve processes, and enhance overall planning effectiveness. - Perform what-if and predictive analysis for OTP and OTT. - Conduct seasonal & ad hoc Block time analysis for FSC and LCC, providing optimal Block time recommendations for group airlines. - Develop contingency plans to address operational disruptions and manage special projects like Fog Care and Spare Policy. - Centralize Planning reports, exploring and implementing process enhancements and automation to streamline operations and improve efficiency. - Analyze historical operational data to recommend effective flight schedules to optimize the network. - Conduct a thorough analysis of operational data to enhance network efficiency, reliability, and on-time performance. - Provide feedback to NWP in case of block time deviation. - Provide analysis reports and insights for various management initiatives, including Current Operational Planning (COP1, COP2), Operational Planning Parameters (OPP), and the OTP Task Force. - Forecast the impact of factors on OTT/OTP performance using predictive analysis techniques.
