Lead - Online Operations

As a member of the Tesco Business Solutions team, your role is crucial in representing Talent Acquisition in various forums and seminars. You will be responsible for understanding business needs with a deep understanding of Tesco Online processes. Your key responsibilities will include: - Driving and implementing Continuous Improvement (CI) Projects and innovation for your team, taking on first-line supervisory responsibilities. - Building on Tesco processes and knowledge by learning new technology and training the team. - Ensuring appropriate work allocation across team members, optimizing team utilization, and actively engaging with stakeholders at all levels. - Extracting information from the website using web scraping methodology to ensure products are listed accurately. - Setting up Quality checks to validate the output and ensure consistency. - Identifying opportunities and driving value creation projects in collaboration with different online squads. - Performing ad-hoc research and analysis to diagnose recent performance and operational issues. - Collaborating with various teams across the business to identify opportunities and develop solutions for customers and the business. - Ensuring Root Cause Analysis (RCA) documents are built and maintained for past errors and proactively mitigating future errors. - Completing tasks and projects within agreed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). - Solving problems by suggesting solution alternatives. - Demonstrating resilience in managing multiple stakeholders. Qualifications required for this role include: - Team and Project Management - Skilled - Coaching and Mentoring - Basic - SQL, VBA, Hive, Python Tableau, and Alteryx - Preferred - Problem-solving skills - Strong written and verbal communication Ideally, you should have 2-3 years of working experience in the field of Online / E-commerce Operations, with functional experience being preferred.
