Lead Nursing

As the Lead Nurse at Sukoon Health's Psychiatry Center, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing educational programs for the nursing staff to ensure high-quality patient care for individuals with mental health needs. Key Responsibilities: - Develop, implement, and update nursing education programs and curricula specific to psychiatric nursing. - Assess nursing staff learning needs and conduct tailored educational programs. - Provide mentorship and guidance to nursing staff for professional development. - Oversee competency assessments to ensure clinical proficiency and identify areas for improvement. - Maintain records of staff training and competency assessments. - Collaborate with the interdisciplinary treatment team to align nursing education with patient care goals. - Identify and implement opportunities for quality improvement in nursing care and education. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) required. - Current Registered Nurse (RN) license. - Minimum of 6 years of clinical nursing experience. - Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills. - Familiarity with educational technologies and e-learning platforms. - Advanced degrees or certifications in psychiatric nursing or education. - Experience working in a mental health or psychiatric care setting.,
