Ensure Compliance with Healthcare Regulations: Maintain knowledge of and ensure adherence to all relevant healthcare regulations and standards. Manage Staff Schedules and Resources: Allocate resources efficiently to optimize patient care and manage staff schedules effectively. Training and Professional Development: Conduct training sessions and support professional development for nursing staff to enhance their skills. Patient Care and Issue Resolution: Monitor patient care and address any issues that arise promptly. Collaboration with Healthcare Professionals: Work closely with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care. Maintain Accurate Patient Records: Ensure that all patient records are up-to-date and accurate.
