Job Description

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Lead .NET Core Developer with hands-on expertise in AWS and Blazor to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable web applications, mentor junior developers, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Overall 8+ yrs exp & Lead the development and deployment of

.NET Core

applications.
Design and develop

Blazor

applications (Server & WebAssembly) with rich UI/UX.
Implement and manage cloud-based solutions using

AWS services

(EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, API Gateway, etc.).
Collaborate with product managers, architects, and QA teams to deliver scalable and robust solutions.
Mentor and guide junior and mid-level developers in best practices and coding standards.
Review code, ensure application security, and maintain high-quality software development standards.
Optimize application performance and troubleshoot complex technical issues.
Stay updated with emerging technologies and propose adoption where beneficial.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Strong experience in

.NET Core

(C#) development.
Hands-on experience with

Blazor

(Server and/or WebAssembly).
Experience designing, deploying, and managing applications on

AWS.
Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, Microservices architecture, and cloud-native development.
Experience with relational and NoSQL databases (SQL Server, PostgreSQL, DynamoDB, etc.).
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Git, and Agile development methodologies.
Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to lead a development team.
