Job Description

Job Title: Lead Mechanical (For RMHS)
Location: Jharsuguda, Odisha
Industry: Aluminium / O&M / RMHS

Qualification

B. Tech / Diploma – Mechanical Engineering

Experience

12 – 16 Years in Raw Material Handling System (RMHS)
Hands-on expertise in Conveyor, Stacker & Reclaimer, Wagon Tippler, Wagon Unloading, Crushers, Feeders, Chutes, Gearbox, Bearings, Hydraulics & Structural inspection

Responsibilities

Lead O&M, preventive & breakdown maintenance of RMHS equipment
Ensure belt tracking, pulley alignment, lubrication & drive reliability
Manage shutdown planning, spares, RCA & team leadership
Maintain MIS reports & safety compliance (PTW, LOTO, guarding)

Skills

Strong knowledge of Bulk Material Handling equipment
Drawing reading, leadership & effective communication in Odia/Hindi/English

Preferred

Experience in Aluminium sector RMHS (Hindalco/Vedanta/Large plants)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹70,000.00 per month
