Lead Machine Learning Engineer

As an AI Tech Lead at our organization, you will play a crucial role in spearheading our Artificial Intelligence initiatives. Your responsibilities will include providing technical leadership, strategic direction, and hands-on contributions to the design, development, and deployment of AI-powered products and services. The ideal candidate for this role will possess a deep understanding of various AI domains and a successful track record of leading AI projects. Your role will involve: - Providing technical leadership and guidance to a team of AI Engineers and Data Scientists. - Defining the AI strategy and roadmap in alignment with the company's overall business objectives. - Leading the design and architecture of scalable and robust AI solutions leveraging Cloud platforms. - Driving the research, development, and implementation of Machine Learning models, including Deep Learning and Natural Language Processing. - Championing the exploration and adoption of Generative AI techniques and frameworks. - Leading the development and deployment of Agentic AI systems and workflows. - Ensuring the quality, performance, and reliability of AI solutions. - Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful AI-driven features and products. - Staying updated on the latest advancements in AI and related technologies and evaluating their potential application within the company. - Mentoring and coaching junior AI team members to foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning. - Participating in pre-sales activities and technical presentations to clients. Required Skills & Experience: - Minimum 5-7 years of hands-on experience in developing and deploying AI/ML solutions. - Strong hands-on experience with Cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) for AI/ML workloads. - Deep hands-on experience in Data Science methodologies and techniques. - Extensive hands-on experience in developing and deploying Machine Learning models using frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn. - Proven hands-on experience with Generative AI models and techniques such as Large Language Models, Diffusion Models. - Practical experience in building and deploying Agentic AI systems. - Strong understanding of data engineering principles and practices. - Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills. - Proven ability to lead and motivate technical teams. Preferred Qualifications: - Masters/Bachelors in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or related field. - Experience with MLOps practices and tools. - Experience in deploying AI solutions in production environments at scale. - Industry certifications in relevant Cloud and AI technologies. - Publications or presentations in recognized AI conferences or journals.
