Key Responsibilities will include:

1. Act as the point of contact for entire Branch Banking, Bancassurance, Wealth business from BSG side.
2. Leading a Team of Business Analysts and drive Business Solution Group for above mentioned businesses in the Bank
3. Work in close coordination with Business & Product Teams of various branch banking products, Bancassurance, wealth business and provide Tech based solutions.
4. Own all non-technical Business requirements and prepare Business Requirement Document (BRDs) along with Product/Business Teams.
5. Review BRDs covering all aspects, in-sync with Business Requirements and execute Tech Solution required in closed co-ordination with IT Team.
6. Work in close co-ordination with IT Teams for developing appropriate solution within stipulated timelines.
7. Should have detailed understanding of Branch Banking and Liability business including sourcing, application processing journeys, client servicing at branches and IT.
8. Should have worked in Liabilities – Business / Credit / Operations / IT, with detailed understanding of Branch Banking business / Applications.
