Job Purpose:

Lead - Land Regional will drive land acquisition strategies for Data Centre projects, including evaluating land parcels, negotiating agreements, and ensuring regulatory compliance. They will collaborate with teams to secure land and ensure alignment with legal, environmental, and engineering requirements while maintaining strong relationships with landowners, authorities, and communities.

Responsibilities

Land Acquisition Strategy:

Develop and implement comprehensive land acquisition strategies for Data Centre projects to meet business needs.

Site Identification & Evaluation

Lead the identification, evaluation, and assessment of potential land parcels for Data Centre development.

Cross-functional Collaboration

Collaborate with legal, environmental, and engineering teams to ensure land suitability and compliance with project standards.

Negotiation & Agreement

Negotiate and finalize land acquisition agreements while ensuring adherence to project timelines and objectives.

Due Diligence

Oversee land surveying, due diligence, and title clearance processes to confirm land readiness for development.

Stakeholder Relationship Management

Manage relationships with landowners, government authorities, local communities, and other key stakeholders.

Regulatory Compliance

Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and environmental standards during land acquisition and management processes.

Land Expertise

Provide subject-matter expertise on land-related issues to internal teams and external partners throughout the project lifecycle.

Social Responsibility

Contribute to the development of sustainable and socially responsible land management practices.

Industry Trends

Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and market changes related to land acquisition and management.

Brand Positioning

Ensure Adani's brand values are shown in all interactions. Strengthen relationships to boost the organization's brand and trust within the market and company.

Team Development

Build a high-performing team. Set clear KPIs, track progress, and implement strategies for continuous improvement. Qualifications

Educational Qualification:

Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Land Management, Civil Engineering, or related field

12-15 years of experience in sales within the Data Centres industry.
